THEY ARE TOP QUALITY.I USE THEM TO TIE BOAT TO A DOCK,AND TO HANG MINNOW BUCKET OVER THE SIDE OF BOAT IN THE WATER.WHEN NOT IN USE, JUST PUSH THEM DOWN OUT OF THE WAY.

Installation is a little intimidating because you are drilling holes in your boat. Take your time, its easy. They look fantastic once they're in. Consider making a gasket out of bicycle innertubes to improve the seal against the hull and protect the gel coat.

This pull up cleat is great you can step on it and foot will get cauth or hang up on it.

If you are going to use cleat for tie up, a backing plate of aluminum or poly is essential. If using for fenders, the washers included are fine.

Very attractive and able to keep toes from getting stubbed in areas where a standard cleat would catch feet and shoes.
