Just bought this on sale at Gander Mountain, for the price it seems like a great deal. Very sturdy material, not flimsy like some others, set up in seconds in my livingroom. Definitely need a chair without arms for bow hunting, I am 6'0 300lbs and there is ample room inside, but I am going to invest in a blind stool so as not to limit my movement left and right for shooting my bow. Window mesh is removable which is good because you cannot shoot mechanical broadheads through the mesh (I shoot Rage) height is more than sufficient, I sat on a chair inside it with my bow, no problems drawing back. Windows are at the perfect height for viewing and shooting, Blind comes with all the stakes and ropes to tie down and secure the hubs and corners of the blind. Says it is weather proof, however have not had it out in the rain as of yet, directions say to seal the seams with a silicon based sealer if leakage occurs, thinking of spraying the roof with waterproofing prior to taking out so that the blind can air out and the odor from the spray can disipate prior to hunting. Overall I am VERY happy with the purchase, will be my first year using a blind, I am a treestand hunter but have a couple areas where a blind will put me right where I need to be. I hunt here in western PA and the weather can vary considerably so time will tell.

I used this during bow season in upstate ny and it worked well. As the cold weather came in during shotgun season the zippers froze and I had to crawl out from under it. If your planning on using this as an all season Hunting Blind, I would not recommend it. The material only lasted 2 seasons and I now have to get a new one because it's split on 2 sides from the weather. Not recommended for the all day every day no matter what the weather is serious hunter.

Comments about Ameristep Backstrap Blind, Realtree AP Camo:

This blind is quick and easy to set up. Once you have the process down it is a breeze, just make sure you read the directions to know where the door zipper should be at the time of setting up and breaking down. I have a 29.5" draw length and I am most comfortable shooting out of the corner windows of this blind. This means it has to be set up at an angle to where my shot will be. The side windows are likely for people with a much shorter draw length. You can try it, but I wouldn't expect to do this without your bow or back elbow rubbing the blind during the draw process. I can fit 2 in this one but the non hunter goes in the corner to be out of the way of the one shooting. Wouldn't want anything

I have not used the more expensive makes and models out there to compare quality vs: price. However, this one appears to be a good product for the money.
