Great pole! Casts smoothly and far. I had the cherrywood pole though , because its a little more stiff than other poles but still sensitive to bites. The pole sets the hook well. The only bad part about this pole is that it is one piece so it can be a struggle to transport sometimes, but other than that Great Pole!! Highly recommended!The reel is awesome on it too!
