Comments about 5.11 Tactical® Rush Delivery Messenger Bag:
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband because he liked the bag so much. He saw it in black at the store but wanted it in tan. The picture of the sandstone bag online makes the color look tan. The actual sandstone product is an army/olive green. Had I been able to locate the sandstone bag in a store near me and seen it was green I would not have purchased it. I will be returning it because I know he's not going to like the color.

Comments about 5.11 Tactical® Rush Delivery Messenger Bag:
This bag is probably the closest to all-things-to-all-people (who want a messenger bag) as you're ever likely to find. The build seems pretty tough. It's water resistant. It has a really crazy number of pockets in all kinds of sizes with various closures. The padded pocket will fit basically any 15" laptop and many 17" laptops (a 17" Macbook Pro fits length-wise, but sticks out above the top of the padded pouch). The chest/waist stabilization strap and light/reflector loop on the flap are great if you're actually cycling or jogging with the bag, and all too few bags have them. The MOLLE webbing ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOLLE ) is a neat addition; I don't know if I'll ever use it, but I'm sure someone will find it handy. The price is also significantly less than many less featureful bags. The main disadvantages are style if a pseudo-military look isn't your thing, and the shoulder strap is almost too long for me (5'6" and short waisted) to wear the bag properly. If you're taller or you don't wear the bag in the small of your back, the strap will be fine.I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone who is looking for a highly functional messenger bag, especially if they need it for cycling.
