Product Description
A slightly altered version of the Model 37, Ithaca's Model 87 has gained the reputation of being an easy gun to handle and point, and its reliable bottom-eject action has long made it a favorite of both right and left-handed shooters. The Featherlight version of the M87 features a receiver that is machined from a single block of steel and etched with classic game scene engraving. Ithaca's solderless barrel system gives the 87 the strongest, truest barrel of any shotgun and a lengthened forcing cone reduces recoil and shot deformation. The fancy black walnut forend has cut finger grooves. This shotgun features a bead front sight, a trigger guard safety, and a screw-in modified choke. Its wood is in very good condition and its metal and bore are in excellent condition.
