After many years of assorted straps, many of which I still have, I am sold on these retractable straps. No more untangling and time trying to make "one fits all". They are a little more expensive but then again convenience has it's value too. Nice to know I can just grab one and it will do the job with no fuss.

I ordered this particular product because it said that it would handle up to a 1500 lb. load. My Kawasaki 3 person JetSki weighs 1,000 lbs. . When I installed it on my trailer and JetSki the first time and did not overtighten it at all, it appeared that the web strap which is only 1" wide appeared to be coming apart from the main web strap. I think that I will be going back to the bungee strap that I had on it before.

These are perfect for my 18' boat because they are so quick to attach or remove. Much better than the straps that came with the boat.

Old tie downs would always get tangled after taking them off and were difficult to adjust. These go on in seconds and are super easy to adjust. No more untangling.

The load rating online is stated as 1,500 pounds when in fact that is the break strength and load rating clearly stated on product as 500 pounds. Need to be more clear as I would have ordered the more heavy duty straps.
