Comments about Shademate Buggy-Style Sunbrella Pontoon Bimini Top, 1" Standard Frame, 90"-96"W:
Make sure you have two people to put it together/install and a battery operated drill(screw driver). Follow directions to a T and you won't have any problems. Only con - electrical cord could be a little longer for light pole. Difficult to thread it through the side pole.

Comments about Shademate Buggy-Style Sunbrella Pontoon Bimini Top, 1" Standard Frame, 90"-96"W:
I had to replace the bimini on my Crest pontoon after a storm damaged the one that was on it. I chose this top for the price, the Sunbrella material, and the fact that Overtons has had great service on previous orders. I am pleased with the purchase. Easy installation, excellent quality, good looks and functionality and the usual best price [...].

Comments about Shademate Buggy-Style Sunbrella Pontoon Bimini Top, 1" Standard Frame, 90"-96"W:
The self tapping screws made the installation much easier than drilling pilot holes and then trying to match them up when installing the screw. This was true even when re-adjusting the struts once it was installed. Good Job!

We had a hard top on our pontoon boat that had to be raised and lowered every time we used it....and it was heavy!!! Installing the bimini top was the best thing we ever did!! Our boat looks brand new and it is a breeze to operate!! Wish we had bought it years earlier!!!

Comments about Shademate Buggy-Style Sunbrella Pontoon Bimini Top, 1" Standard Frame, 90"-96"W:
We installed it just prior to a July 4th neighborhood parade on a small lake in East Texas. Our fellow boaters/neighbors kept complimenting us on how great the "new" boat looked. They thought we had purchased a new boat! We love it!

Q:
I only have 7 foot of side rail from the rear to the side door. Is that enough for the 8 foot buggy style top?Asked on 7/17/2009 by Anonymous from Edgerton, OH1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Well the eight foot is how wide and long the top is. The height is 75 inches or 6foot 4 inches tall and that is the length that will be sitting on the side rail so you should have plenty of room for that to sit down on top of your rails.Answered on 1/21/2010 by Justin from Overton's Technician
Q:
I only have 7' from the back of the pontoon to the side door. Will the 8' buggy style top still fit?Asked on 7/13/2009 by new owner from Edgerton, OH1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
The bimini is 8 feet long front to back, but only 75 inches tall so the 75 inches is what will be resting on your rails so yes this will fit in your space.Answered on 1/22/2010 by Justin from Overton's Technician
Q:
Good morning,
I'm looking at catalog code V36603, page 129.
I want to order a bimini top for my old potoon boat but not sure what to order. My frame is 1 inch and it is 94 inches wide. In the catalog it looks like the "standard frame buggy style" has a nylon strap holding down the front. Is there a metal support pole that I could order to replace the strap? How much of a overhang is there on your number 76137?
On the same page does # 76145 "free standing" mean that the bottom rail is part of the product and would bolt to the existing frame??
Would I be better off calling?
