These lights are great for outlining a walkway. Purchased 40+ lights for long walkway (120', two rows) and displayed for Tyler Parade of Homes. Visitors loved the look and wanted to know where we got them (I should charge Overton's a commission).Only drawback is some (3 to 5) of the lights didn't work, [...]. I would suggest that you leave lights out for a couple of days before installing to make sure they work properly.

I wrote an earlier review saying that if you can get them to ship you a light that works, the lights are good. I now take that back. Since June, I have been trying to get 6, only six that work. I am still having them shipped and then having to return the defective lights. Overton's needs to find a new supplier/manufacturer. This is now way past the point of poor product control. If I didn't already have 5 that worked, and I could get my money back, I would never continue going through this hassel. Save yourself the trouble and headache. These lights are NOT worth it.

Very well made and low profile keeps it out of the way. The only trick when you charge for the first time is to keep in the sun all day and under a light that night(in a closet or such) then back in the sun the next day. You are then ready for very reliable lighting each and every night.

The first shipment I ordered contained 4 lights. Only 1 worked. Sent those three back and of the three new ones I received, two worked. Sent that one back and am waiting for the replacement to see if it will work.
But once they are are installed and working, they are bright and make a nice accent to light up our dock so it can be seen from far distances on the lake.
If you have the patience and time to order and then return the ones that don't light, they are a nice addition.
