Product Description
The Hellcat .380 II packs a perfect combination of performance, reliability, and concealability that makes it suitable for all day carry as a backup firearm for law enforcement or the perfect companion for personal protection to licensed carriers. The newly redesigned slides are stronger than ever for increased durability and a more solid feel. The newly improved extractor design offers strong, consistent operation for when you need it most. Comments about I.O. Inc. Hellcat .380 II Handgun:

Bough online and picked up at local Gander Mountain. Took to the range to check it out. Nice and light. Only problem was with ejector not stripping spent round. it would fire correctly and strip correctly for several rounds, then fail to strp. Cleaned and oiled it. going back to range to see what happens now.

Its a good over all carry gun the only real issuse ive had with it is every couple shots the gun wont discharge the empty round correctly and will jam up, still unsure if its ammo or grip based or if the pin is just bad but all and all it will at least get the first shot off :)

Comments about I.O. Inc. Hellcat .380 II Handgun:

Love the size and feel of this gun, but you can not count on it to shoot when needed. Jams every 2-3 shots. It is now on it's second trip back to manufacturer to see if they can get it to work. I'd suggest you spend a little more and get a gun you can trust

Comments about I.O. Inc. Hellcat .380 II Handgun:

Since Purchasing this for my wife in Feb of '13 I have painfully put 101 rounds through this waste of money. When I pull the slide back it jams, after repeatedly pushing or pulling it, it will chamber the round. It jams about every 3rd round fired. Then fails to eject the spent round. In firing the 100 rounds it was apart clearing jams and inspecting it more than it was together. Today the magazine release quit working. I took it to a local gun shop and he looked at it an tried to repair it. After a few minutes he told me to contact customer service and wished me good luck. I laughed it off at first. Some of the numbers on the site are disconnected, others just ring. We'll see what the future holds in getting it serviced. IF it get repaired, it's getting traded in on a dependable pistol.
