Comments about Marmot Ultra Kompressor Daypack:

I've been using this pack for almost a year in many different conditions, and this pack has done everything I've asked of it. My favorite use for it has been throwing my uniform in it and biking to work; its size and weight is perfect for rides, long or short. I really like that the profile is more narrow than my shoulders and cuts down on wind resistance while biking. It also is great for day hikes and rock scrambling.

One thing to keep in mind: this pack has a minimalistic design, and as such is not capable of handling (relatively, >15 lbs) heavy loads, but if that's what you're looking for, get a bigger pack. That being said, I have put 10 lbs of weight in it, carried it all day, and the pack held up just fine with no problems.
