This lightweight, flexible, impenetrable boot offers 100% waterproof protection, plus 18" and 360° of snakeproof protection. Designed to provide a secure fit around the foot and ankle for increased comfort and durability over rugged terrain. Constructed of leather and 1,000-denier nylon uppers with a EVA midsole and PU footbed for additional cushioning and a reinforced abrasion-resistant toe cap built to withstand repeated wear. Waterproof Hyper-dri barrier lines the entire boot, blocking water from entering while absorbing moisture within the boot and transferring it away from your foot. Internal membrane fights odor-forming bacteria to help keep feet fresher longer. Lace-up design. Side zipper for easy on/off. Uninsulated. Imported.

        This boot performed very well for me this past hunting season. I had to get them 1/2 size larger than my shoe size for a proper fit. I like the fact that they have laces and a zipper because it makes them easier to get off. The first 2 times I wore them the ankle area on the right boot rubbed some and was not comfortable but I know snake boots take a little time to break them in. Now they are very comfortable. I hunted on some cold mornings (for N. FL) and had to walk through some water and was very happy to find that there were no leaks. Probably one of the best things is that the zipper works great and does not get caught in the material. I have seen too many other boots that have this problem. I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn't taken 3 trips to break in the right boot since I didn't have any rubbing of my ankle on the left boot.

            Tried using these boots twice for hog hunting. After 1 hour my feet were soaked with water inside the boots after walking in wet grass and puddles. Boots advertised as 100% waterproof- not true. Great boot if you hunt in dry parking lots.

              First water I walked into (ankle deep) toes were wet .
              Product specifically said waterproof .
              Also zipper is useless because you have to unlace them to remove unless you have someone strong enough to pull them off of your foot.

                i found the LaCrosse Venom Scent HD 18" Snake Boot is very comfortable for long hunt's my feet hardly get sore from walking in them along time and i thought i would never need a snake boot and the 5th time i went hog hunting in them i had a 4 foot cottonmouth hit my boot about 12 inches from the heel of the left boot it definitely saved my life. These boots are well worth what they cost i'll only buy snake boots from LaCrosse.
