      These were used in 35 degree weather, some snow on the ground and in about 2 ft. of water. The neoprene was very warm, along with the top of the foot. The sole has zero insulation and my feet froze! Caught my knee on a log, tore a dime size hole, very easily.

          waterfowl hunting guide use these every day. The boots fit good and were comfortable, but are not durable enough for everyday use. The lining on the inside of the boot tore lose and the boot started leaking at the molded seam after only 5 or 6 trips to the water .

            I've had these Waders for 2 duck seasons and have been tickled pink with them. They are at a great price point and are not to hot to wear them in the early season here in Georgia but are plenty warm on into the late season. The 5mm neoprene is helpful with durability. The people who say they're not, need to be a little more careful seems like. I hadnt ever wore waders that are bulletproof. Mine could rip tomorrow but I'd go and buy another pair the next day without complain

                After 8 years my other waders finally seen better days. These new Columbia waders are just what I wanted. The 5mm and 1,000 gram insulation in the boots should provide plenty of warmth and rugged use for years to come. Duck season has not started yet but as great as they feel and fit I can't wait to stand in the pond looking for green heads. Thanks Gander Mountain, great customer service and these arrived a day after I ordered them!
