Comments about Millennium Treestands Tree Seat:
I already own an older model Summit tree seat and numerous other strap on tree seats with different seat sizes, and numerous folding seats/stools. While the Summit is a great seat, and very comfortable - it is rather large for carrying up the mountains where I deer/turkey hunt. I have only used the Millennium seat 3 or 4 times this season, but it is nearly perfect. I made a nylon strap extender to allow use on very large diameter trees such as we have here for under $3, but agree with an earlier comment that this should have been thought of by the manufacturer.
While the unit is kind of pricey, it accomplished what I desired. Very easy to carry. Very well built.

Comments about Millennium Treestands Tree Seat:
In the swamp you can never find a clean safe place to sit down. This is the answer. It is extremely comfortable. Helps you stay still. First day I used it I shot a 125 pound wild hog.

Comments about Millennium Treestands Tree Seat:
As compared to other hunting chairs that strap on to tree's, I've found this one to be the best. It's even better than Summit's chair. The seat is very comfortable and allows a person to sit perfectly still for many hours. It's lightweight yet sturdy. The mesh seat material won't soak up moisture or scent, and setup is quick and easy. Areas for improvement: 1) Fill the hollow tubes with expanding foam insulation to make it quiet to carry through the brush... helps to eliminate the "ting" sounds. 2) The strap for attaching the chair around a tree is somewhat short. Another two or three feet of strap would help to allow a person more flexibility to attach it to trees that are at least shoulder width in diameter or slightly larger. 3) Instead of the shoulder carry strap, a cheap set of straps setup like a backpack would make this easier to carry quietly through the woods while carrying a gun and walking in to your hunting spot in the dark.
