Product Description

This smoker delivers smokehouse taste without any unpleasant aftertaste. Flavor bisquettes are burned for 20 minutes each at a consistent temperature in the unit's smoke generator, producing clean, continuous smoke for up to 8 hours. The smoker's independently controlled internal heating element will also hot smoke or may be used as a slow cooker. An infrared heater source enables you to dry fruits. Eliminates high-temperature gases, acids, and resins that can interfere with food's flavor. 320°F max. temp. Includes rectangular tray, drip bowl, user guide, and recipe book. Four racks with 2,288 cu.in. cooking area. 120V AC. 5.5 amps. 31"H x 17"W x 14.5"D. Made in Canada. One-year warranty.

I use my Bradley most weekends. I get invited to partys just so I can bring my smoked eat and fish. It works well to eepd food hot during a large BBQ.

  They are weather treated with the Powder-epoxy steel exterior but I still would NOT recommend leaving it outside for long periods of time.

  According to the manufacture, you could dry the jerky but it takes longer than your traditional "jerky dryer".
