Product Description
coleman Ideal for camping trips and nighttime adventures, these lanterns use the Cree XLamp XR-E LED. A four-position switch makes changing settings easy for the whole family, and the cool-touch LED keeps the lantern cool while running. These lanterns are weather-resistant and feature a durable chrome-plated rhino guard. Produces 175 lumens on high setting. Run time is 50 hours on low and 35 hours on high using eight D-cell batteries (not included). 15-1/4"H x 9" diameter.

    Purchased this lantern to replace my propane lantern. The light output is no where near the output of my propane, and wasn't bright enough to light my 6x12 fish house by itself. There isn't a great connection with the batteries, and a slight bump will turn the light off, or you need to bump it to get it to come on. I like not having the noise, the cost of propane, and having to cool down my old lantern, but I do miss the light.

    Bought this after super storm Sandy. Spent many days with out power and used flashlights, smaller lanterns and candles for light. We needed something that could brighten up the whole room. After dealing with the problems of flashlights and lanterns that just don't give off enough light I bought this for my family and also my in-laws and brother in-law.
