          Because of the way the quad drive boom was mounted, the height adjuster did not work for me. It would have lowered the boom; if anything, I need it higher. Worked well on my last boat.

          This height adjuster makes the Training boom adjustmnet easy. So you can fine tune the pull height of the boom for the barefoot swing, or the short rope. I found that I also train waterskiers and wakeboarders off of the boom and the height adjustment is made with one pin. Proper boom height is one of the keys to watersports success.

                I have a barefoot international boom off my 1990 C.Craft
                I'am now planning on using it on my 1994 M.C Pro star 190
                Will this part fix the taperd pilon problem or do I need a differnt Boom all together
