Are All Items Eligible for Ship to Store Pick-Up?
Products shipping directly from the manufacturer (drop shipped) are never eligible for Ship to Store Pick-Up. Items that require additional freight (such as oversize or hazardous items) are not eligible for in-store pick up. All other items are available for Ship to Store Pick-Up unless otherwise prohibited by restrictions in the state where the store is located.
Can I Express Ship My Order?
Yes, however free shipping only applies to ground delivery which arrives in about 2 to 5 business days. Most 1-20 lb. orders can be express shipped at a flat rate of $19.99 for 2nd Day Air Express or $29.99 for Next Day Air Express. In-stock orders placed before 2:00pm E.T. will ship the same day and arrive the 2nd or next business day. Orders over 20 lbs. will be charged actual shipping charges that will be calculated during checkout. Certain items may not qualify for air express shipping.
Can I Track My Package?
Yes. If an email address is provided at the time the order is placed, we will email you a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website. If you do not provide an email address, you may call one of our representatives at 1-888-542-6337 after the order has processed to obtain the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours after placing the order for the tracking number to be available in our system.
When Do I Pick Up My Order?
In stock items will arrive at your store approximately 2-5 business days after your order is placed. If your order contains any backordered items, they will arrive 2-5 days after we receive the stock in our warehouse.
Once your order is ready for pickup, a store associate will contact you at the phone number provided with your order. Additionally, if you provided an email address at the time of order, you will be able to view when the package arrived at the store.
Where Do I Pick Up My Order?
You may pick up your order at the Customer Service desk during normal operating store hours. Store hours can be found under the Store Locator link on our website, or by calling 1-888-542-6337 and choosing the Store Locator option.

What Do I Need to Pick Up My Order?
To pick up your order you will need both a valid Photo I.D. and the order number. Additionally, only the person whose name appears on the billing information may pick up the order.
