David C. Pratt
Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer

 
David C. Pratt was elected Chairman of the Board in December 2006. Mr. Pratt was elected as a director of Gander Mountain in August 2005 and named Vice Chairman of the Board in December 2005. He was appointed interim chief executive officer in September 2008. Mr. Pratt is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of United Industries, which he founded in 1969. He also is president of Rex Realty in Clayton, Missouri, and is a minority owner of the St. Louis Cardinals major league baseball team. A generous supporter of St. Louis charities, he is on the Board of Directors of the Sisters of Mercy Health System and serves on their executive committee.
 
 

Michael J. Owens
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

 
Michael J. Owens joined Gander Mountain in January 2009 as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining Gander Mountain, he served for 27 years in positions of increasing responsibility for Anheuser-Busch, where he led efforts to expand the company’s product offerings. He most recently served as Anheuser-Busch’s vice president of business operations, which required him to lead the company’s procurement materials program and other finance and planning matters. Previously, Mr. Owens served as Anheuser-Busch’s vice president of sales and marketing.
 
 

Eric R. Jacobsen
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

 
Eric R. Jacobsen was promoted to executive vice president, general counsel and secretary in January 2009. He joined Gander Mountain in May 2005 as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. Mr. Jacobsen is responsible for legal, human resources, regulatory compliance, real estate, and loss prevention matters. Prior to Gander Mountain, he served as senior vice president and general counsel for Northwestern Corporation and from 1995 to 1998 served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of Lodgenet Entertainment Corporation. Previously, he was a partner in the law firm of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, Los Angeles, California, specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Jacobsen holds a JD-MBA degree from the University of Southern California.
 
 

Steven Uline
Executive Vice President, Marketing

 
Steven Uline was promoted to executive vice president, marketing in January 2010. He joined Gander Mountain in January 2009 as senior vice president of marketing. Prior to joining Gander Mountain he served for 24-years in positions of increasing responsibility for Anheuser-Busch, where he distinguished himself in the company’s marketing group. Mr. Uline most recently served as Anheuser-Busch’s vice president of geographic marketing, field media and special event marketing. He was responsible for local marketing in the company’s largest beer markets and was involved in national marketing efforts. Prior to that he directed the company’s sports marketing.
 
 

Kerry D. Graskewicz
Executive vice president, merchandise planning and inventory operations

 
Kerry Graskewicz joined Gander Mountain in October 2005 as vice president, merchandise planning and replenishment. He was appointed senior vice president, inventory management in February 2008 and promoted to executive vice president, merchandise planning and inventory operations in May 2011. Over a period of 20 years, Mr. Graskewicz has held increasing responsibilities in merchandise planning and inventory management including senior level positions at Organized Living and Bath and Body Works. He began his career at May Department stores.
 
 

Robert J. Vold
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

 
Robert J. Vold joined Gander Mountain in October 2005 as vice president, finance. He was appointed senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer in January 2007. Mr. Vold previously spent seventeen years in positions of increasing responsibility in finance at Norstan, Inc., including chief financial officer. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP.
 
 

Kevin J. Young
Regional Vice President, Operations

 
Kevin J. Young joined the Gander Mountain team in May of 2010 and has responsibility focused on sales and store operations. Over a 24-year period prior to Gander Mountain, Mr. Young held various positions for Anheuser-Busch, most recently as Regional Vice-President for ten states. Additionally, Mr. Young created a National Draught Operations Group for Anheuser-Busch and held positions as National Director for Michelob as well as brand manager for both the Budweiser and Busch brands.
