By applying for a Gander Mountain credit card, if you are an eligible entrant, you will receive one (1) entry in the Gander Mountain Company Customer Appreciation Giveaway Sweepstakes.* By applying for a Gander Mountain credit card, you agree to the Official Rules and consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Gander Mountain Company, its affiliates, and their select marketing partners.

 

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  COMPLETION OF A GANDER MOUNTAIN CREDIT CARD APPLICATION, OR APPROVED CREDIT FROM ISSUING FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, IS NOT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  The Gander Mountain Company “Customer Appreciation Giveaway Sweepstakes” is subject in all respects to the complete Official Rules available at www.gandermountain.com at the sweepstakes section of the website, at participating stores (while supplies last), or by sending a S.A.S.E. to “Customer Appreciation Giveaway Sweepstakes – Rules Request”, c/o Gander Mountain Company, at the address below.  Sweepstakes is open only to entrants who, as of the entry date, are legal residents of the 50 U.S. (except for the State of Hawaii) or D.C. and at least 18 years old.  Additional eligibility requirements for vehicle prize.  Void in the State of Hawaii, outside the 49 eligible U.S. and D.C., and where prohibited or restricted by law.  Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on April 10, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 30, 2010.  Eligibility, entry methods and prizes/restrictions as set forth in the Official Rules.  Entrants that do not desire to enter by submitting a credit card application and/or marketing contact information may enter by mail by hand printing full name, complete home address, telephone number, email address (if any) and age on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and sending by U.S. mail in a sealed #10 envelope with correct postage to “Customer Appreciation Giveaway Sweepstakes – Entry”, c/o Gander Mountain Company at the address below.  LIMIT:  2 entries (regardless of method of entry) per person, and 1 prize per person and household, in this Sweepstakes; credit card application and marketing contact information methods of entry are also subject to a limit of 1 entry per person per method.  Sponsor: Gander Mountain Company, 180 E.
