Grilled Duck Breasts


Cooking Time: 8 minutes

4 Duck Breasts (cut into 1/2 - 3/4
Sealed Plastic Bag
Bottle of Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons of Worchesteir Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Seasoned Salt

Clean and rinse off duck breasts, place them in a plastic bag, and pour olive oil in the bag so that it covers the duck. Next add sauces and seasonings. Seal up the bag and shake thoroughly, marinade in refrigerator overnight.

Cut breats into strips and gill, making sure not to overcook. Cook for about 3 -4 minutes on each side until medium done.
