Tequila Lime Salmon

1 Salmon Fillet (Sockeye or Red Salmon works best!)
1 Fresh Lime
1 oz. Tequila
1 tsp. sea salt
2 Tbls. unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbls. brown sugar

On a sheet of Aluminum foil lay Salmon fillet skin side down. Spread butter on fillet. Mix together garlic powder, brown sugar, pepper and salt and sprinkle on fillet. Slice lime and lay slices over the fillet covering the whole fillet. Pour Tequila over limes on the salmon. Using another piece of foil create a packet that is airtight. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until salmon starts to flake.
